5 Steps Towards Looking Younger

It’s sad but true — today we live in what is often a very superficial world, where we are judged first and foremost by how we present ourselves. The first and most obvious factor in feeling and looking aged, is your clothing. Getting out of your eighties wardrobe or your clothes from when you were four sizes bigger can really make a huge difference, and this alone can improve your confidence and first impression on others.

2. Makeup
If you’re a make up wearer, the same applies — and if you’re not, think about starting! Look through magazines that are aimed at professionals and get a good understanding of the type of make up that suits your colouring, features and age. Don’t wear too much, and again, keep it simple. Look for natural looks with hints of colour that refresh your skin and leave you looking vibrant.

3. Hair and grooming
If the front of your head is less of a worry, and like many men, the top of your head is more a concern, you are not alone. Many men experience receding hairline as they get older. Likewise, many people also experience changes in their facial hair such as eyebrows as they age.
